How to unlock as locked Fusion/Cloud user?

 Here are the steps you can follow to find a locked user:


    a. Login to Oracle Fusion Cloud Application as Admin user (must have IT Security Manager job role)

    b. Navigate to Tools > Security Console > Users page

    c. Search for the locked user

    d. Click on the Username or Display Name to get to the User Information page and then click the Edit button

    e. Under Account Information, uncheck the Locked check box
